If you've been thinking of including Sirsasanainto your practice , or you’re working on this already, then this workshop is a must ! You will learn the proper technique of performing a headstand in various stages.
We will work towards the “king of the asanas “in a safe and mindful way including the necessary preparation of the various areas of the body which need strengthening and opening with lots of options & modifications.
This workshop will provide a safe and fun environment to allow you to take away ideas and information so you can safely start to integrate headstand/or variations into our yoga practice.
You don’t need to be able to do full headstand to attend, as all options, instructions and support will be given.
