, as Trium Fitness hopes to assist the visually impaired in enhancing confidence and to generate awareness and understanding within our community about those with special needs.

The practice of yoga without sight allows practitioners to turn their attention inward to their bodies. For those with impaired vision, their remaining senses are heightened, allowing them to focus on “listening” to their bodies with a greater sense of awareness. In this manner, the absence of vision in a yoga practice potentially improves as we flow through our asanas, allowing us to fully benefit from the workout.

A big Thank You to all donors and participants who came to support this charity fundraiser to benefit our friends from Guide Dogs Singapore and their beneficiaries. To our teachers who taught and assisted to make this event possible, thank you ❤️
