Dawn was introduced to Yoga as a teenager due to sports related injuries. Since then she has since made it an important part of her life and wants to share the benefits with those around her. Grace Lee began her yoga journey some 30+ years ago. In 2010 she received her yoga teacher certification and attended a few yoga retreats in India. She also completed the BEC (Basic Exercise Course), NCAP Coaching L1 & L2 held by the Sports Council as well as her Pilates Instructor Training (Mat Work) and Aerial Yoga Teacher Training in the following years.

YZ was first introduced to yoga through Dawn Sim in his late 30s. The journey did not start out easy. With old injuries like a lumbar disc injury, on top of scoliosis and fibrosis, he struggled even with the simplest of poses like a forward bend. Determined not to let his medical conditions define his physical activity, he then began daily 5 mins self-practise sessions. This progressed to 20, 40, and eventually 90 mins as his body gradually responded to the asanas.
